Dear divers,
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that as of Monday 29th of June, we will be open again and operating a ‘one in, one out’ policy in the shop.
Although there is no longer any need for you to book an appointment prior to your visit it would be very helpful if you could give us a heads-up that you are coming in, as this would facilitate us to prepare for your visit and ensure a more smooth running experience when you are here.
By contacting us via email, FB messenger or phone call to let us know what you are coming in for, we can prepare by getting the relevant items down from the stock room in readiness for your visit.
Please note that we will keep our porch door locked for the time being so that we can better manage to uphold social distancing guidelines and disinfecting procedures in-store.
Unfortunately the ‘one in, one out’ policy may mean that, at times, you may have to wait outside for your turn and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
We have decided that this is currently the most prudent re-opening approach for us to take to protect our team members and customers. However, if we find that it is possible to welcome more than one customer in-store at the same time, while still maintaining social distancing measures, we will revisit this policy and make changes accordingly.
When we welcome you in to the shop please wash your hands or use hand sanitiser provided before touching anything to minimise the risk of contamination.
We urge you to adhere to social distancing recommendations during your visit and that if you need to sneeze or cough please do so into your elbow or a tissue.
Please note that we will require a few minutes in-between each customer, to disinfect any areas that have been touched and we appreciate your patience in letting us complete this task before welcoming you in.
If you for any reason feel uncomfortable with entering the shop, we would be happy for you to drop off or pick up via the side gate or porch. Please contact us via email, FB message or phone to arrange this. Payments can also be made over the phone for purchases, servicing or fills.
As we are operating with only one team member in the shop we will be closed for lunch between 1pm until 2pm. Besides that we will be keeping our regular opening hours.
Our in-store team member will not be wearing a face mask all the time but if during your visit you would prefer them to please let us know and we will oblige.
We would also like to urge you to refrain from visiting the shop if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who does.
